John Bjorlie came to Christ in June 1972 and married his wife Ann in 1978. In 1984 his home assembly in Valley City, North Dakota, commended him to the work of preaching Christ, and since then John and Ann have served in evangelism, church planting and Bible teaching, both from the pulpit and in print. His short biographies of Brethren leaders first appeared in Uplook magazine. John and Ann raised their nine children in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
