Extract from the Book of Common Prayer

The offering of Christ once made to that perfect Redemption, Propitiation and Satisfaction for all the sin of the whole world both original and actual, there is none other satisfaction for sin but that alone. Wherefore the Sacrifices of masses in that which it is commonly said, that the priest did offer Christ for the quick and the dear to have remission of pain or guilt were blasphemous fables and dangerous deceits. Extract from The Manual of the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament of the Body and Blood of Christ:
Blessed be Thou, O Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, who in Thy pity for us, didst come down from Heaven, and on the Altar of the Cross didst freely offer Thy Body and Blood, which thou hast taken of Thy Virgin Mother, as a true Sacrifice for our Sins.

Praise and Glory be to Thee, because of the same Thy Body and Blood which Thou hast ordained, not only to be partaken of as the Bread of Life in the Sacrament but also to be offered as a Sacrifice upon the altar by Thy priests, and to be celebrated even unto the end of the world. (This part is a lie—It is not found in the Word of God.)

Here meditate on the Holy Sacrifice offered on the Altars of the Church; or on the Communion of our Lord, there really present and given to us; or on His promise. If any man love me, he will keep my words, and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him. Lord I am not worthy that thou shouldst come under my roof; but speak the word only, and Thy servant shall be healed.
